Authentic Changes was birthed in March 2015 due to a desire to see God’s people equipped and mature in His word and in the body of Christ. Many people fellowship only within families with the same last name; however, we miss out on equipping other family members in the “Name of Jesus,” not in the name of a denomination. The word “denomination” breeds division; when a true army breeds unity.
In any army, there is basic training/boot camp. However, before you start the process, you will undergo a physical examination to ensure you are healthy and strong enough to endure training. This training consists of, but is not limited to: Discipline, Order, Conditioning, and Structure, which are necessary for becoming equipped and effective for battle.
In our family, we never receive TRUE training; we learn history, traditions, and rules, but not much about the Author and Finisher of our faith. This is necessary for our entire journey with Christ Jesus. Imagine coming into a new world, and we are sinful, sick, and broken… we join the body of Christ, as a new believer who is immediately put to work, and in the middle of working, we encounter some friendly fire, and it makes us go A. W. A. L. L.
